Nordis has in place HIPAA Compliant operating procedures and practices-- electronic, procedural, physical and managerial -- to protect your data while its in our care. No client data will be commingled in any way with data belonging to another client. Nordis Direct will not sell or make your data available to any third party or organization, for any reason whatsoever.
Any request from you to forward your data to another party must be in writing to Nordis Direct. All files supplied by you remain your property. Software developed by Nordis Direct to manage your files and/or databases is the exclusive property of Nordis Direct. Nordis backs-up all data to a secure outside location.
In order to provide further assurance that our clients' critical data is secure, Nordis Direct is currently undergoing a SAS70 audit of our comprehensive internal control processes.
