Electric Utility Industry Veteran Robert M. Hall Joins Nordis Direct as Business Development Specialist

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – JANUARY 17, 2012. Direct marketing and critical communications solutions provider, Nordis Direct, has announced the addition of Robert Hall to the company’s Business Development group. Mr. Hall, a long-time executive in the electric utility industry, has been brought on board to forge new alliances within this vertical arena. He will focus on providing utility partners with cost effective solutions for managing their critical communications with Nordis Direct’s eXpresso technology.

Prior to joining the Nordis Direct team, Mr. Hall spent over 28 years at Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) in North Carolina, where he was responsible for the customer billing and statement process. Mr. Hall’s extensive background on the business operations side of the electric utility industry gives him a unique insight into the client’s point of view. He understands the intricacies of the business and knows the many challenges of effectively managing, producing and distributing utility statements, letters and transpromotional documents.

As Business Development Specialist, Mr. Hall’s initiatives include the expansion of the eXpresso client base within the Electric Utility market. Nordis Direct Promotes Diego Samuilov to Vice President of Information Technology

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – OCTOBER 18, 2011. Direct marketing solutions provider, Nordis Direct, announced today, the promotion of Diego Samuilov to the position of Vice President of Information Technology.

Mr. Samuilov joined Nordis in August 2010 as Director of Information Technology, and since then has made notable advancements within the company’s technology infrastructure; including the successful completion of security audits and SAS70 Certification. Further, under Mr. Samuilov’s direction, a redesign of company’s landmark communications software platform, Expresso, was recently completed; with improvements made to the user interface, feature upgrades and overall enhancements to functionality. An advocate of cloud computing and its many benefits to Expresso users, Mr. Samuilov is in the process of moving Nordis’ servers to the cloud.

In his new role as VP of Information Technology, Mr. Samuilov reports directly to Ronnie Selinger, President and CEO of Nordis Direct, and is responsible for overseeing technology strategy, software development, as well as resource infrastructure planning and management.

Nordis Direct Successfully Completes SAS 70 Audit

Certification by Independent Service Auditing Firm Confirms Nordis Direct’s Dedication to Value and High Quality Operational Standards

Nordis Direct, a provider of high-tech direct marketing and communications solutions, announced today that it has successfully completed a SAS 70 Audit. SAS 70 certification confirms the reliability, security, availability, and processing integrity of the company’s Direct Marketing and Critical Document Management Solutions data infrastructure. Nordis Direct was closely examined in the areas of organizational structure, administration, physical and environmental controls, and physical and logical security. The examination was performed by an Independent Service Auditing Firm in accordance with the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and was completed in April 2011.

Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A service auditor’s examination performed in accordance with SAS No. 70 (also commonly referred to as a “SAS 70 Audit”) represents that a service organization has been through an in-depth audit of their control objectives, which include controls over information technology and related processes.

Nordis Direct Promotes Michael Rosini to Vice President of Operations

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – JANUARY 28, 2011. Direct marketing solutions provider, Nordis Direct, announced today, the promotion of Michael Rosini to the position of Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Rosini joined Nordis in January 2009 as the Director of Production Operations. Since that time, he has virtually restructured the company’s production operation. Diego Samuilov Joins Nordis Direct as Director of Information Technology

Mr. Samuilov comes to Nordis Direct with more than 19 years of experience in Information Systems and application development; focusing primarily in Microsoft technologies, application development, technical compliance, mobile applications and software integration and implementation. Most recently, he served as Manager of IT and Application Development at BlackBook, a division of Hearst Business Media Corporation. In addition, Mr. Samuilov has lectured at prominent IT symposiums including Microsoft’s TechEd, MetroMobility Train-the-Trainer, ComDex-Argentina and Windows World. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a BS in Information Technology.
